I grabbed a jar of Nerdy Nuts Honey-Roasted Peanut Butter for this recipe. ![]() Use a potent peanut butter, too! Don’t use organic, that tends to be too oily. The semi-sweet really had a tang like dark chocolate, and I think these would taste much better with milk chocolate. Mist the foil lightly with baking spray, and set aside. One thing I’d change up next time when making these is to use milk chocolate baking bars instead of semi-sweet. Line a 13x9' baking pan with foil, allowing the sides of the foil to extend over the edges of the pan. They are the perfect blend of salty and sweet and the peanut butter filling is divine. Switch even to convection bake at 350 degrees. Place one unwrapped miniature Reeses on each cracker, big side down. ![]() This is the first time I’ve made these chocolate-covered peanut butter crackers, and I’m shocked it took me this long. Lay out a single layer of 30 Ritz crackers (salty side down) on a cookie sheet covered with parchment paper.
